Pia Buick – the Principal and Licensed Agency Owner has 20 years experience in real estate sales across the Hinterland including residential, commercial and farming properties.

Pia successfully ran her own businesses prior to entering the real estate industry and her extensive experience in facilitating negotiations ensures that the highest possible price is achieved for every seller’s property.

Establishing the Agency in 2004, Pia has undertaken and secured full qualifications as a Licensee under the Property Occupations Act. She has also committed to the REIQ Continuing Professional Development program ensuring the office is an ‘Accredited Agency’.

Pia Buick Real Estate is a full time supporter of the Maleny Neighbourhood Centre, Amnesty International and Maleny Film Society as well as providing regular donations to a wide variety of other charities, e.g. UNHCR, Smith Family, ICV and Maleny Show Society.

Damian Green – has enjoyed a successful career in the property industry, including 9 highly productive years in the Maleny and Hinterland area as a sales professional with Pia Buick Real Estate where he has negotiated sales with a combined value in the tens of millions.

Damian commenced his real estate career in his mid 20’s where he began researching, sourcing and selling development sites. Soon thereafter, he worked for a Brisbane based property law firm where he specialised in capital raising for the acquisition of large scale commercial properties. Damian has also had an active involvement in residential property; buying, selling and small scale development.

Damian, his wife Isabella and their girls Amber and Ruby moved to Maleny in 2005. Ever since, Damian has valued the opportunity to live and work locally and has built a reputation for being approachable, a good listener and for responding to both buyers and sellers in a thoughtful, constructive way.

His understanding of the local property market and ability to communicate, negotiate and complete sales have underpinned his success as a strong performer in the local real estate market.

The office support team of Kate Woolston and Amanda Hamilton are both professionally trained in real estate administration, hold current sales certificates, have exceptional customer service backgrounds and bring with them wide-ranging and extensive skills.

Kate has lived most of her life in Maleny, has a wealth of local knowledge.  Amanda has worked in various areas of real estate, including Sales/ Property Management and Valuations.
